I earned a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. I am a Mental Health Professional (MHP) and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). I have worked for a nonprofit community mental health agency providing individual, group, and couples counseling, as well as providing crisis services to individuals.

I'm a PNW native, where I live with my son, step-son, and husband. I love the rain and in my spare time like to read, craft, hike, spend time at the ocean, and go camping with my family.
